MON TO FRI 8am to 5pm All orders purchased before 3pm est will ship same day!
No weekend shipping
We follow both of the carriers holidays , On these days there will be no shipping service.
We ship using a flat rate with these carriers. We will send you a tracking number with the shipping carrier that we choose.
We use the 2-5 day service. Most packages get to there destination in this time frame.
We are not responsible of misplaced packages after they have been scanned as delivered. It is the buyers responsibility to have a safe and secure area for the delivery driver to drop the package off.
All orders are insured with the carriers that we use.
